We are seeking a proactive and delivery-focused Project Manager to manage minor capital works, lifecycle and improvement projects across a high-profile portfolio.

Responsibilities
- Deliver minor capital works projects safely, on time and within budget.
- Coordinate contractors, consultants and suppliers across live operational environments.
- Manage project scopes, schedules, budgets, reporting and risk registers.
- Ensure compliance with safety, governance and quality standards.
- Work closely with Facilities Management, Property Management, HSE and Event Operations teams to minimize operational disruption.
- Monitor contractor performance, project progress and issue resolution.
- Support project handover, defects management and operational transition activities.
About You
- Experience delivering minor capital works or building projects.
- Strong contractor coordination and project management capability.
- Sound understanding of project controls, budgeting and risk management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Tertiary qualification in Project Management, Construction, Engineering or related discipline preferred.
