The Opportunity

As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will play an important role in creating an exceptional experience for every client who walks through our doors.

You will:

- Welcome clients and provide genuine, personalised styling advice
- Develop strong product knowledge across fit, fabric and styling
- Build lasting client relationships and encourage repeat business
- Contribute to store sales targets and key performance goals
- Maintain high standards of store presentation and visual merchandising
- Assist with stock processing,



replenishment and store operations
- Work collaboratively with your team to create a positive store environment
- Represent M.J. Bale with confidence, professionalism and pride

Skills and Experiences:
About You

We are looking for people who bring energy, initiative and a genuine passion for providing outstanding service.

You will ideally have:

- Experience in fashion, retail, hospitality or customer service
- A natural ability to connect with people and build rapport
- Confidence working towards sales targets and store goals
- An interest in menswear, styling and premium products
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- A reliable, positive and team-focused attitude
- Flexibility to work across a seven-day retail roster, including weekends and public holidays

Previous retail experience is valued, but a great attitude, willingness to learn and passion for people are just as important.
