Quarter Two is a fast-paced café with busy weekend services, so we’re looking for someone who enjoys the challenge of high-volume hospitality and performs at their best when the pace picks up.

What we’re looking for:

- Experience working in quick-paced café or restaurant kitchens.
- Ability to remain calm, organised and efficient during high-pressure services.
- Consistently produce high-quality food, even during peak periods.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to maintain energy and focus throughout the day.
- Willingness to take direction from our Head Chef and follow systems and procedures.
- Attention to detail with presentation, portion control and consistency.
- Maintain exceptional cleanliness and food safety standards at all times.
- Be reliable, punctual and take pride in your work.
- Work well as part of a close-knit team and contribute to a positive kitchen culture.
- Be proactive, communicate well and always look for ways to improve.

Pay: $57,066.87 – $78,000.00 per year
