District Manager
CANEGROWERS Burdekin is seeking an experienced, community minded leader to manage its Ayr based office and support sugarcane growers in one of Australia’s key cane growing regions.
Working with the Board, staff, members and industry stakeholders, the District Manager will lead advocacy, member engagement, business operations, governance and stakeholder relationships.
The successful applicant will bring senior management experience, solid commercial
and governance capability, excellent communication skills and a genuine commitment
to regional industries.
Experience in agriculture, advocacy or member based organisations will be highly regarded.
