Job Description

Title: Chef Occupation: 351311 CHEF Salary: $79,500 plus super Hours: Full time Trading Name: Mecwacare Location: Mornington Pensinsula, VIC Experience Required: min 2 years in a relevant role Visa Sponsorship: Nomination for temporary work visa and/or Permanent Residency will be considered for eligible candidates. Duties: Some of the duties you will be required to perform include

- preparing and cooking food and ordering food supplies
- planning menus and estimating food and labour costs
- monitoring quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation
- discussing food preparation issues with Managers and Front of House staff
- explaining and enforcing hygiene regulations
- assisting with the training of staff
