About the role:
- Manage the timely delivery of residential building projects
- Track and monitor revenue targets
- Uphold work health and safety duties on site
- Obtain and retain a strong trade base
- Perform safety and quality inspections regularly
- Effectively communicate with all key stakeholders both internally and external to the business
- Contribute to a strong team culture
About you:
The successful candidate must possess the following attributes
- Minimum of 2 year's experience in a similar role
- Confident but humble in your own ability
- High attention to detail
- Able to work independently and problem solve
- Self-motivated and organised
- Bring with you an existing trade base
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong understanding and knowledge of the NCC and referenced Standards
- A trade or scheduling background
- Working towards or with a Certificate IV in Building Construction
- White/Blue Card
- C class license
- Registered Building Practitioner will be looked upon favourably
