About the Role

Working in large-scale camp kitchens, you'll prepare and deliver quality meals for mining and remote workforces while maintaining the highest food safety standards.

Key responsibilities include:

- Preparing breakfast, crib, lunch and dinner for large crews

- Bulk food preparation and buffet-style service

- Catering for dietary, allergy and cultural requirements

- Maintaining HACCP and food safety compliance

- Keeping kitchens clean, organised and audit-ready

- Working across day, night and split shifts as required

Essential Requirements (Non-Negotiable)





- Minimum 6 months' bulk cooking experience in Australia

- Currently residing in Western Australia

- Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery

- Proven experience in high-volume catering or remote camp kitchens

- Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety practices

- Current WA Driver's Licence

- Current National Police Clearance (issued within the last 4 months – Clear)

- White Card

- Full Australian working rights

- Ability to mobilise for short-notice FIFO swings
