Position Profile: An opportunity exists for a Senior Social Worker to join our team. The Senior Social Worker provides a specialist social work, consultant, support and educational service to the Older Adult mental health team; provides clinical service to referred consumers and their families; acts as case manager to allocated clients; acts as a clinical resource for mental health team members; undertakes the co-ordination of allocated senior level projects.
