Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced agency recruiter to take ownership of a high-performing 360 degree recruitment desk while mentoring and supporting junior members of the team in Adelaide.

Responsibilities

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across temporary and permanent opportunities
- Develop and maintain solid client partnerships
- Identify opportunities for account growth and business development
- Source, assess, and secure top talent
- Deliver outstanding candidate and client experiences
- Provide guidance and support to junior recruiters where required
- Contribute to team capability and performance
- Attend networking, industry, and client events
- Build and nurture talent communities within your specialist market

Qualifications

- 3+ years’ experience within agency recruitment
- Experience recruiting across professional, corporate, business support, sales, marketing,



customer service, or other white‑collar markets
- Strong business development and client management capability
- Experience mentoring, coaching, or supporting developing recruiters, or a desire to take on a broader leadership role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive, self‑motivated, and goal‑oriented mindset
- The ability to influence, negotiate, and build credibility with clients and candidates alike
- A down‑to‑earth, team‑first approach
