- $200 per hour guaranteed for 3 months or 65%
- Standard Consult $115
- Long Consult $190
- Existing patient base
- 2 RNs on at all times
- CDM Nurse
- Treatment room with 2 beds
- Group practice
- 5 Consulting rooms
- Mixed billing
- 4 patients per hour
- AGPAL Accredited
