Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to expand our footprint across Western Australia.
The RoleThis is a hands-on, field-based business development role focused on winning new business and building long-term customer relationships. You will engage with procurement teams, operations managers, and site stakeholders to deliver practical, cost-effective work wear solutions.Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you will be supported by an established internal sales team while retaining autonomy to grow and manage your territory.
Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and secure new business opportunities across WABuild strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makersConduct site visits and customer meetingsPresent Riggers’ work wear and PPE solutionsManage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closeMaintain accurate CRM records and sales reportingCollaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and on boarding




About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales or business developmentPrevious experience in the work wear, PPE, or industrial supply industry (highly regarded)Solid communication and relationship-building skillsA proactive, results-driven approachConfidence dealing with procurement and operational stakeholdersExcellent time management and organisational skillsFull, clean driver’s licenceOwn reliable vehicle (car allowance provided)
