As we continue to expand our operations, we are looking for dedicated Light Vehicle Mechanics to join our team in our Paget workshop and contribute to our ongoing success.

About the Role

We are currently seeking skilled and motivated Light Vehicle Mechanics to join our team in a full-time, permanent role. Based in town with the benefit of going home every night, these positions offer the opportunity to work with a respected OEM in a supportive team environment. You’ll be responsible for servicing and repairing our fleet of light vehicles and LED lighting towers, including diagnostics, rebuilds, and maintenance. This is a day shift-only role, Monday to Friday, offering long-term job security, competitive pay, and a strong safety-focused culture.

Key Responsibilities

- Service and maintenance of our Light Vehicle and Lighting Tower fleet





- Conduct minor and major repairs to damaged units

- Build and rebuild lighting towers as required

- Perform diagnostics, servicing, and repairs on Mickala’s light vehicle fleet

- Uphold high standards of workplace cleanliness and organisation

- Demonstrate a proactive commitment to health and safety

Key Skills & Experience

- Trade Qualification in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology

- Minimum of 1 year post-trade experience

- Strong work ethic with a desire to learn and grow

- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
