We are currently partnering with a well-established landscaping and earthmoving business with strong foundations in the construction industry. Built on generations of hands-on experience, this business is known for its practical expertise, reliability, and high standard of workmanship.

With a consistent pipeline of local projects, they deliver quality outcomes across retaining walls, detailed earthworks, concreting, and general construction — with a strong focus on doing the job right the first time.

About the Role
Due to ongoing demand, we are seeking an experienced Excavator / Machine Operator to join the team on a full-time basis.

This is a hands-on position suited to someone confident operating machinery, who takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a down-to-earth, hardworking team.

Key Responsibilities

- Operating excavators and earthmoving machinery safely and efficiently
- Site preparation, trenching, levelling, and detailed earthworks
- Supporting landscaping, retaining wall, and concreting projects




- Interpreting plans and working to specifications
- Maintaining equipment and adhering to safety standards

Skills & Experience

- Proven experience operating excavators and/or similar machinery
- Background in landscaping, civil, or construction environments
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious

Licences & Tickets

- Current Driver’s Licence + reliable vehicle
- Construction White Card (Preferable)
- Demonstrated competency operating excavators
