Our Medical Practice is seeking a friendly, reliable and efficient Medical Receptionist to join our growing team.

We are looking for someone who is organised, professional and genuinely enjoys helping patients while working in a busy general practice environment.

About the Role

- Greeting patients with warmth and professionalism
- Managing appointments and telephone enquiries
- Processing Medicare and EFTPOS payments
- Maintaining accurate patient records
- Assisting doctors and the clinical team with administrative tasks
- Ensuring the reception area is welcoming and well organised

What We're Looking For

- Previous medical reception experience (preferred)
- Experience with Best Practice software is an advantage
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn




- Reliable, punctual and able to work well within a team
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a busy environment
