This rare opportunity exists for an experienced, dynamic, energetic and astute Sales Manager with an unwavering commitment to provide exceptional leadership and a history of achieving exceptional sales results whilst providing amazing customer service.

The successful applicant will manage our experienced current Retail and Fleet Sales teams. You must be an energetic hard worker and work to continue growing and promoting this established brand.

You will need to provide exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and be able to lead, train, mentor and develop a team to deliver outstanding results.

You will be required to meet or exceed sales and profit targets and assist in forecasting, budgeting and analysis of your sales team performance’s using our sophisticated CRM system. You must be able to follow the Companies and OEM’S systems,



processes and promote growth in all key areas of the business.

It is essential you have high levels of integrity, organisational and delegation skills, be proactive and be able to operate with autonomy.

Your IT skills will need to include an intimate knowledge of social media, autogate and include a good understanding of consumer-driven online sales opportunities and marketing using these platforms.
