We have an opportunity for a Parts Interpreter to join our team based at Mackay. This role will see you support customers with parts enquiries, quotes and orders while building your knowledge of truck parts, systems and customer service in a busy branch setting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide friendly and professional support to customers across the counter, phone, email and other enquiry channels.

- Interpret customer needs and assist with identifying, quoting and supplying the right parts and accessories.

- Process customer quotes, orders, payments, invoices, credits and related documentation accurately.

- Build strong relationships with customers and support the growth of parts sales through reliable service and follow-up.

- Work closely with the Service Department and wider branch team to support daily operations.





- Assist with parts ordering, receipting, stock control, stocktaking and maintaining accurate inventory records.

- Keep retail displays and promotions well presented, current and easy for customers to navigate.

- Follow all safety, quality and operational procedures to help maintain a safe and efficient workplace.

About You:

- You are organised, reliable and able to manage competing priorities in a busy branch environment.

- You hold a Certificate III in Automotive Sales (Parts Interpreting) or have equivalent experience.

- You are confident using parts catalogues and dealership systems.

- You work accurately and follow up promptly with customers.

- You communicate clearly and are confident using computers or learning new systems.

- A current Australian Driver’s Licence is preferred, and a forklift licence would be an advantage.
