The Position

In this role, you will coordinate the resources to ensure timely and accurate receipting and delivery of all goods and materials into our facility.

Key Responsibilities:

- Loading and unloading of trucks.

- Inwards goods and materials inspection and receipting.

- Assists in the problem solving and resolution of receipting errors or issues.

- Data entry and document control.

- Ensure that all goods and materials are transported and stored in a protected manner as per CEA procedures and government regulations.

- Ensure goods and materials are distributed to appropriate personnel in a timely and controlled manner.

- Coordinate and conduct pickups and deliveries from local suppliers.

- Materials stock control, using cyclic stocktakes.

- Other tasks as directed by Purchasing Supervisor.

Our Ideal Candidate

- Demonstrated experience in small team leadership to achieve business outcomes (minimum 2 persons) with active interpersonal and communication skills suited to lead a diverse audience.

- Demonstrated 3 years’ experience in Warehousing/Logistics.

- Minimum Intermediate skills in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Work, Outlook) or equivalent receipt/logistics programs; PRONTO / Proshop experience and advantage.

- C class Drivers license, Forklift License (LF), higher classes of license an advantage.

Eligibility

- An Australian Citizen;

- Eligible to obtain and maintain an AGSVA clearance – Baseline

- ITAR – This position requires employees to access equipment and data that is subject to U.S International Traffic and Arms Regulation (ITAR). As such, applicants must disclose the following information at the time of application.
