ABOUT THE COMPANY
Our client is a highly respected architectural practice with an established reputation for delivering thoughtfully designed residential developments across Sydney. Their portfolio includes a diverse mix of projects, from boutique luxury apartment buildings through to large-scale mixed-use communities, providing the opportunity to work on projects of varying scale and complexity.
With a collaborative studio environment and a strong technical team, they are seeking an experienced Project Lead to take ownership of projects through the documentation and construction phases.

ABOUT THE ROLE
This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong Project Lead to oversee the delivery of complex residential projects from Design Development through to Construction Completion.
Working closely with Directors, consultants and project teams, you will lead the production of high-quality documentation, coordinate multidisciplinary teams and ensure projects are delivered efficiently, accurately and in accordance with programme.
This role is ideally suited to someone who enjoys the technical side of architecture and takes pride in delivering well-resolved buildings.

DUTIES

- Lead the documentation and delivery of multi-residential projects through construction.
- Coordinate consultants and manage project information across all disciplines.
- Produce and oversee high-quality construction documentation.
- Resolve technical design and detailing challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
- Liaise with clients, contractors and authorities during delivery.
- Attend site meetings,



review progress and respond to RFIs and contract administration matters.
- Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high technical standard.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

- Registered Architect or experienced Project Lead with proven delivery experience.
- Strong background delivering Class 2 multi-residential projects.
- Excellent technical detailing and construction documentation skills.
- Extensive experience coordinating consultants throughout delivery.
- Strong knowledge of Australian construction methods, NCC and relevant standards.
- Proficient in Revit with excellent documentation capability.
- Confident communicator with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple project priorities simultaneously.
