We’re seeking a Claims Administration Officer to join our fast-paced, friendly team based on the Sunshine Coast. If you're organised, people-focused and ready to grow in a supportive environment, we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll be doing
As the first point of contact for customers, trades and insurance clients, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth claim handling and a positive customer experience.
You will:
· Deliver exceptional customer service across phone and email
· Coordinate trades for emergency repairs and site inspections
· Schedule appointments and keep internal systems up to date
· Support claims processing and administration tasks within key timeframes (KPIs)
· Liaise with insurers and trades to keep jobs moving efficiently
What we’re looking for
✅ Excellent communication and active listening skills
✅ Previous experience in administration or customer service
✅ Strong computer skills (we use multiple systems and portals)
✅ Great time management and the ability to work at pace
✅ Positive attitude, team spirit, and a problem-solving mindset
Experience in insurance, construction or property repairs is desirable but not essential — we’ll provide full training.
