Osborne Park Suzuki & Isuzu is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Parts Interpreter to join our growing Parts Department.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in the automotive industry. You'll receive on-the-job training while learning all aspects of automotive parts interpretation, customer service, inventory management, and trade sales. About the Role

Reporting to the Parts Manager, you will receive hands-on training and be responsible for learning to:

- Assist workshop technicians, trade customers, and retail customers with parts enquiries

- Learn to identify and interpret automotive parts using manufacturer catalogues and dealership systems

- Build relationships with mechanical workshops, panel repairers, and trade customers

- Process parts orders accurately and efficiently

- Assist with stock control, receiving deliveries, and inventory management

- Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient parts department

- Deliver outstanding customer service in person, over the phone, and via email





- Develop knowledge of ERA DMS and manufacturer systems

What We're Looking For

- A genuine interest in the automotive industry

- A willingness to learn and develop new skills

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- A positive attitude and strong work ethic

- Good attention to detail and organisational skills

- Ability to work well in a team environment

- Basic computer skills

- A current driver's licence (preferred)

No previous Parts Interpreter experience is required—we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.
