Food & Beverage Supervisor
Maid of Auckland Hotel | Edwardstown SA | Casual - 30 hrs/week

- $35–$50/hr including casual loading (based on experience)

- Guaranteed 30 hours per week

The Maid of Auckland has been part of the South Australian community since 1851. We're a busy, well-loved local hotel and we're looking for a passionate F&B; Supervisor to lead our bistro team and help us keep delivering great hospitality every shift.

This is a role for someone who loves being on the floor, takes pride in their work, and is ready to step into a leadership position with genuine support and room to grow.

Key Responsibilities





- Supervise day-to-day bistro service and floor operations

- Lead, coach, and support the FOH team during service

- Maintain service standards and guest experience

- Assist with functions execution on the floor

- Confirming and setting events/tables according to booking requirements

About You

- Experience in a supervisory or senior FOH role

- Natural leader who leads by example

- Reliable, well organised, and calm under pressure

- Strong communication skills with both guests and team

- RSA required
