Step into a rewarding permanent part-time opportunity supporting people with disability within our Home & Living Services in the Ulladulla region. We are seeking highly motivated and passionate individuals delivering person-centred care ensuring quality of life, dignity and respect for our participants. About the role: Our services operate on a 24/7 basis, with flexibility and availability to work a range of shifts in the morning, afternoon, evening and overnight.

You will have a strong focus on building independent living skills by supporting participants in their own home as well as increasing participants social connections through community involvement and activities. Whilst each day brings recent challenges, the general roles and responsibilities include:



 Delivering personal care to participants including assisting with toileting and showering.  Preparing and assisting with meal preparation within the home.

 Administering medication and assisting with mobility including hoists and wheelchairs.  Supporting attendance at appointments and community-based events.  Engaging in skill building activities for participants, both individually and in a group setting.

 Offering meaningful and active support to enable participants to achieve their goals.
