We're looking for someone with their NSW Certificate of Registration who is ready to learn, contribute and grow within a collaborative PM team.

Your role...
Working as part of the Property Management team, you'll provide essential support across the department.
Your day-to-day will include:
· Supporting Property Managers with general administration and portfolio tasks
· Assisting with ingoing inspections and tenant onboarding processes
· Supporting routine inspections and preparing property reports
· Assisting with leasing processes and tenant communication
· Coordinating updates, documentation and system management
· Liaising with tenants, owners and contractors professionally




· Learning compliance requirements, processes and best practice PM procedures

What will get you considered...
We're looking for someone who is early in their Property Management journey but has the right attitude, work ethic and desire to grow.
You'll ideally have:
· Current NSW Real Estate Certificate of Registration (essential)
· Current driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
· Located in Raymond Terrace or the surrounding region
· Genuine interest in building a long-term career in Real Estate
· Strong communication and customer service skills
· Professional presentation and a high standard of conduct in all interactions, both internally and externally
· Excellent organisation and attention to detail
· A proactive mindset and willingness to learn
· Ability to work collaboratively within a supportive team setting
· Confidence using technology and learning new systems
