Commercial Property Manager

The role:
You will manage a mixed portfolio of commercial and retail assets, focusing on relationships, asset performance and compliance. Your responsibilities will include:
- Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Coordinating lease administration, renewals, rent reviews and market reviews
- Monitoring arrears and implementing effective recovery strategies
- Preparing annual budgets, outgoings reconciliations and monthly reports
- Overseeing maintenance, compliance and service contracts with external providers
- Conducting inspections and ensuring asset presentation standards are met
- Working closely with senior management on value-add opportunities and leasing initiatives
The portfolio is well-structured, with systems, processes and support so you can focus on high-value work rather than constant firefighting.
About you You are an experienced Commercial Property Manager (or strong Assistant ready to step up) who enjoys the numbers as much as the relationships.
You will bring:
- Experience managing commercial, retail or mixed-use assets
- Strong understanding of leases, outgoings and budget preparation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail with strong financial and analytical capability
- Current Agent’s Representative Certificate (VIC) and valid driver’s licence
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and pride in delivering a high standard of service
Most importantly, you’re commercially minded and comfortable dealing with sophisticated owners and tenants.
