In this role, you will work 8‑hour shifts in our call centre on a rotational roster between 8am and 12am AEST, Monday to Sunday, including public holidays.
All team members are required to commit to 37.5 hours per week (full‑time equivalent).

The roster and hour requirements are set for the whole team, so they aren’t able to be changed.

Let’s talk about you

- An interest in learning about the telco industry (experience is helpful but not essential)

- A genuine curiosity about IT and technology

- A background in accounts or customer service

- Confident computer skills and comfort with basic data entry

- Warm, clear communication with a collaborative, empathetic approach

How will you support our “Why?”

- Creating positive customer experiences while meeting service standards

- Supporting customers with account and technical enquiries across multiple channels

- Managing calls with care and attention

- Gently troubleshooting non‑service‑related issues

- Navigating challenging conversations professionally and escalating when needed

- Following supportive help desk processes, account procedures, and privacy guidelines
