No pallet repair experience? No problem. Full training will be provided to successful applicants who have the right attitude and a strong work ethic.

Shift Options & Pay

Morning Shift

- 6:00am – 2:00pm

- $36–$37 per hour

Afternoon Shift

- 2:00pm – 10:00pm

- $40–$41 per hour

Your Day-to-Day

As a Pallet Repairer, you'll play an important role in giving timber pallets a second life by:





- Repairing and rebuilding damaged timber pallets

- Using hand tools and pneumatic nail guns

- Inspecting pallets for quality and damage

- Safely handling timber materials

- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

- Recording production information using basic computer systems

What We're Looking For

We're looking for people who are:

- Physically fit and comfortable with manual work

- Reliable, punctual, and committed to turning up every day

- Safety-conscious with good attention to detail

- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks

- Experienced with hand or power tools (highly regarded but not essential)

- Holders of a current driver's licence with reliable transport

Successful applicants will also be required to complete a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening.
