Join a Queensland Government program as a Senior Project Support Officer, supporting the delivery of key digital initiatives. You’ll work closely with the Principal Project Manager to coordinate project governance, reporting, planning and stakeholder engagement, helping ensure projects stay on track and meet departmental standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare reports, briefings and presentations for executives
- Coordinate meetings, governance packs and action registers
- Track project plans, risks, budgets and key milestones
- Maintain project documentation and delivery artefacts
- Support research, reporting and stakeholder engagement
Highly Desirable Criteria
- Digital transformation or ICT project experience
- Government project environment experience
- PRINCE2, AgilePM or similar project certification
- Business or Project Management qualification
- Information governance or organisational change exposure
Desirable Criteria
- Experience with electronic records management systems
- Experience with project management tools
- Knowledge of PRINCE2, AgilePM or Waterfall delivery
- Financial tracking and project reporting experience
- Secretariat support for governance forums
