We are seeking an experienced Centre Manager to lead an established and expanding early education service in Karalee. This is a unique well-supported opportunity within the Canopy Early Education group committed to delivering strong outcomes across child safety, quality, team engagement, and performance.

About the Role

- Lead and champion a gold-standard family and staff experience and build the reputation as two centres merge into one campus

- Lead the overall operations, program delivery, performance, and impact of the campus

- Drive quality improvement and Assessment & Rating readiness

- Manage occupancy, enrolments, and financial performance

- Build reputation and strong relationships with families and the local community

- Lead, coach and develop a team of educators and leaders

- Ensure compliance with National Law, Regulations, and NQS

- Embed and champion a strong Child Safe Framework across all practices

Child Safety & Safeguarding

- Lead and promote a child safe culture where children’s voices are heard and respected





- Ensure the service aligns with the Child Secure Standards and relevant state legislation

- Oversee robust risk management, supervision, and safe environments

- Ensure all staff understand and meet their mandatory reporting obligations

- Embed safeguarding practices into daily operations, decision-making, and team behaviours

About You

- Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)

- At least three years’ experience as a Centre Manager

- Strong knowledge of NQS, EYLF, National Law & Regulations

- Demonstrated experience embedding child safe practices and safeguarding frameworks

- Proven ability to lead teams, build relationships, and drive performance outcomes

- Experience managing occupancy, budgets, and KPIs

- A leadership style that is supportive, collaborative, accountable, and outcomes-focused
