Tecside are seeking an Operations Officer for our client, a well-established hardware supplier based in Mundijong, servicing trade and retail customers across the region.
This is a key role responsible for ensuring stock levels are maintained, coordinating customer orders, and managing the daily flow of deliveries. You'll work closely with our sales team, customers, and yard staff to ensure products are available and delivered efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Order stock and maintain inventory levels in line with company requirements.
- Monitor stock holdings and identify replenishment requirements.
- Liaise with the internal sales team regarding customer orders and stock availability.
- Communicate with customers to provide updates and ensure service expectations are met.
- Coordinate with yard staff to ensure orders are picked, packed and ready for delivery.
- Plan and schedule daily delivery runs to maximise efficiency.
- Assist with resolving stock or delivery issues as they arise.
- Maintain accurate inventory and order records.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous experience in inventory control, purchasing, logistics or warehouse coordination.




- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
- The ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Good computer skills and experience using inventory or ERP systems.
- A proactive attitude with strong attention to detail.
- Experience within the hardware, building supplies, timber or industrial supply industry will be highly regarded.
