The Prospect
We are recruiting casual IT Field Technicians across 26 locations in NSW. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where no two days are the same. You'll be on the road attending residential and small business clients, solving real tech problems with real impact — backed by a modern job management platform and a supportive team.

What You'll Be Doing
Attending customer homes and business sites to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issuesRepairing laptops, desktops, printers, and peripheral devicesSetting up and troubleshooting networks, Wi-Fi, and NBN connectionsPerforming data recovery, backup configuration, and storage solutionsInstalling and configuring software, operating systems, and security toolsSetting up smart home devices, AV equipment, and connected devicesDelivering cyber security advice and solutions to residential and SMB clientsDocumenting job notes, parts used, and outcomes through our technician appProviding clear,



jargon-free communication to customers throughout every visit
What We're Looking For
Required:CompTIA A+ certification (current and valid)+1A valid Australian driver's licence and reliable personal vehicleStrong troubleshooting skills across Windows and macOS environmentsExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to work independently and manage your own scheduleSmartphone compatible with our technician platform (iOS or Android)
Preferred (not essential — both experience levels welcome):CompTIA Network+, Security+, or equivalent certificationsCisco (CCNA), Microsoft (MCP/MCSA), or similar vendor certificationsDiploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fieldExperience with NBN installation, smart home, or AV setupPrior field technician or IT support experience
