What you'll be doing
- Conducting comprehensive home-based occupational therapy assessments
- Prescribing assistive technology and equipment
- Recommending home modifications that improve safety and independence
- Supporting older Australians to remain living safely and confidently in their own homes
- Collaborating with clients, families, suppliers,
internal and external multidisciplinary teams
- Delivering high-quality, person-centred care across Adelaide
Who we are looking for You are an Occupational Therapist who:
- Is passionate about enabling independence and quality of life
- Enjoys building meaningful relationships with clients
- Values autonomy while being part of a supportive team
- Has experience in community, aged care, rehabilitation or home modifications (desirable but not essential)
