The Opportunity

70% on the tools / 30% leadership positionLeading a team of up to 10 mechanics across day and night shiftsCarry out servicing, diagnostics, breakdowns and hydraulic repairsLead and mentor a team of mechanics and apprenticesSupport day-to-day workshop operations and handovers between shiftsDrive safety, performance and continuous improvement

About You

Trade qualified (Cert III in Heavy Vehicle or Mobile Plant Technology)3–5+ year’s experience in a similar roleStrong leadership presence with the ability to drive changeSolid diagnostic and heavy vehicle repair experienceHR/HC/MC and/or Forklift licenceBackground in transport, waste, mining or civil (desirable)Must be able to pass pre-employment medical and drug screen
