Day-to-day tasks include scheduling and allocating cleaning teams, monitoring project progress, and ensuring work is completed to quality and safety standards. The role involves communicating with clients about project timelines and requirements, preparing basic reports, and updating internal systems to track job status. The Project Coordinator also supports the implementation of cleaning procedures,



manages supplies and equipment needs for each project, and collaborates with supervisors to resolve operational issues promptly.QualificationsExperience in coordinating projects or operations, ideally within commercial or construction services.Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple jobs and deadlines.Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients, site teams, and management.Advanced proficiency in office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, scheduling tools) and comfort with updating digital records.Understanding of workplace health and safety practices in commercial or construction environments.Ability to work on-site in Perth, WA, with a hands-on approach to supporting teams and resolving issues.Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards in cleaning and site presentation.Previous experience in cleaning services or facilities management is an advantage.Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel between job sites as required.
