Who's hiring?
For generations, Arnott's has been creating products that have become part of everyday Australian life. Behind every product is a team of people working across manufacturing, supply chain and support functions to keep the business moving.

They're now looking for an experienced People & Culture Manager to partner with their Marleston manufacturing site and play an important role within their broader People & Culture team.

Working closely with the Plant Manager and Site Leadership Team, you'll lead the people agenda for the site while contributing to broader People & Culture initiatives across the business. You'll be joining a collaborative, high-performing team focused on building leadership capability, creating stronger connections across sites and delivering a consistent approach to People & Culture across the organisation.

This is a role for someone who enjoys being close to the operation. Someone with a natural curiosity about how the business works, who builds credibility through relationships, isn't afraid to have difficult conversations and enjoys partnering with leaders to help them get the best from their teams.

So, what's the role?
As the senior People & Culture partner for the Marleston site, you'll provide both strategic and operational support across the full employee lifecycle while working closely with leaders to improve capability, engagement and business performance.

You'll be a visible and trusted presence across the site, building strong relationships with leaders, employees, delegates and union representatives while working closely with the broader People & Culture team to deliver consistent, business-focused outcomes.

You'll coach and support leaders to build confidence in managing people matters,

strengthening leadership capability across the site while contributing to a more connected and consistent approach to People & Culture across the business.

A typical week will include:

- Partnering with the Plant Manager and Site Leadership Team to deliver people strategies that support business performance, safety and employee engagement
- Leading employee and industrial relations matters, including Enterprise Agreement negotiations, investigations, grievances and complex case management
- Coaching leaders to build capability, confidence and consistency in how they lead their teams
- Supporting workforce planning, succession planning and organisational change initiatives
- Using workforce data and insights to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Collaborating with the broader People & Culture team to build stronger connections across sites and deliver a consistent employee experience

What are we looking for?
You'll be an experienced People & Culture leader who enjoys partnering closely with leaders in a quick-paced operational environment.

You're commercially minded, approachable and naturally curious. You enjoy understanding how a business operates and use that knowledge to provide practical, balanced advice that supports both leaders and employees.

You'll be someone who enjoys coaching leaders, building capability and helping others grow. You're confident navigating complex employee and industrial relations matters, comfortable working with unions and Enterprise Agreements,

and able to balance strategic thinking with the practical realities of a manufacturing environment.

You'll also bring:

- Significant experience in a senior HR or People & Culture role, ideally within manufacturing, FMCG, logistics, supply chain or another operational environment
- Strong industrial and employee relations capability, including Enterprise Agreement negotiations and union engagement
- Experience partnering with site-based leadership teams
- Strong workforce planning and organisational capability experience
- Excellent communication, coaching and stakeholder management skills
- Sound knowledge of employment legislation and contemporary HR practices
- The ability to build trusted relationships and influence at all levels of the business

Why join Arnott's?
This is an opportunity to step into a highly influential People & Culture leadership role where you'll have the opportunity to shape culture, strengthen leadership capability and influence the employee experience at one of Arnott's key manufacturing sites.

You'll work alongside an experienced leadership team while being supported by a collaborative national People & Culture function. Together, you'll help build stronger connections across the business, develop leadership capability and create a consistent approach to People & Culture that supports both employees and operational success.

If you're looking for a role where you can make a genuine impact, partner closely with operational leaders and be part of a high-performing People & Culture team, we'd love to hear from you.
