The Opportunity
Lead a medium-sized residential aged care home only 1 hour from Brisbane CBD. As Facility Manager, you'll have overall responsibility for the operational, financial and clinical performance of the home.

- Drive quality, compliance and continuous improvement across the service.
- Build a positive, accountable culture where staff feel supported to succeed.
- Strengthen relationships with residents, families and key stakeholders.
- Champion person-centred care while achieving outstanding resident and organisational outcomes.
About You
- Previous experience as a manager within residential aged care.
- Current unrestricted AHPRA registration, or a tertiary qualification in a relevant health discipline.
- Strong understanding of the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards and clinical governance.
- Sound financial and operational management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
