Job Description
Are you a dedicated OSHC leader who thrives in a fast-paced, supportive environment and enjoys making a real impact across multiple services? We are looking for a passionate and adaptable Mobile Coordinator to support our Outside School Hours Care services across Ipswich and Redbank Plains region.
This is a permanent, full time role, working across split shifts, Monday to Friday, including 12 hours of dedicated non‑contact administrative time to support your success.
Service hours include:
- Rise Then Shine: 6:30am – 9:00am
- Stay and Play: 2:30pm – 6:00pm
- School Holidays: Block shifts between 6:30am – 6:00pm

About the Role
As a Mobile Coordinator, you’ll never be bored — every day brings new experiences, different teams to support, and opportunities to make an impact across our services. You’ll travel between services, stepping in where support is needed most, leading teams, maintaining high-quality program delivery, and creating positive experiences for children, families, and educators.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting services with daily operations and leadership coverage
- Leading and mentoring teams of Educators
- Delivering engaging programs including sports, STEM, creative arts, cooking, and wellbeing activities
- Managing compliance, safety, and operational standards
- Building positive relationships with children, families, schools, and team members
- Supporting services to achieve strong quality and assessment outcomes
- Assisting with roster management, administration, and program planning
