We are currently looking for a Scheduler to strengthen the construction team. The role is both rewarding but challenging in a rapid-paced industry, working alongside a close-knit team of dedicated and passionate individuals.

The role of scheduler is a key position in the business and requires someone with passion, determination and a proactive nature to produce efficient and accurate work on a day-to-day basis.

Reporting to the Scheduling Manager, your responsibilities will include:

- To be a positive team member contributing to achieve the respective visions and missions of the brand and JWH Group

- To provide an accurate bill of quantities, price materials and labour to specification and details

- Provide technical support for office staff, trades and suppliers

- Assist supervisors with administration queries

- Assist the Scheduling Manager in constantly reviewing and updating IMF items

- Assist the Scheduling Manager with standard models

- Process subcontractor/supplier invoices, oversee pays with supervisors

- Allocate suppliers for quoting of jobs





- Review under construction schedules and write outs of jobs to analyse variances and identify areas for improvement

- Carry out sales costings for sales consultants, new products/designs, prestart and under construction variations as required

- Carry out other related tasks as described by the Scheduling Manager or Building Manager

- Work with estimators to update and maintain IMF STD Variations

- Reconcile estimated/scheduled margins.

Required skills and experience:

- Minimum of five years experience in scheduling, estimating or trade background in high-end homes

- Excellent organisational and project management skills

- Reliable and enjoy working as part of a team

- High level of communication skills

- High attention to detail, diligent and numerate with sound CPU skills and

- Adaptability and responsiveness to change.

- Experience with Data Build preferred.

- Excellent interpersonal skills

- ‘Can do’ team attitude.
