Granich Partners is seeking a capable and motivated Commercial & Estate Planning Lawyer to join our growing practice.

Granich Partners can offer outstanding whole of building offices, a modern approach, on-site parking and end of trip facilities, flexibility and access to senior legal practitioners, including barristers and Senior Counsel.

The role will suit a lawyer with strong analytical skills, sound judgment, and a practical approach. The successful candidate will work across a broad range of commercial and estate matters, with a focus on estate planning and deceased estates.

The Role

The role will involve:

- managing files autonomously;

- advising clients on estate planning matters, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and succession planning strategies;

- drafting and reviewing a range of legal documents relevant to both commercial and estate planning practice areas;

- prepare and provide advice in respect of trust deeds, including variations;

- prepare and provide advice regarding property sale and purchase agreements;

- advise and act in respect to the administration of deceased estates;

- prepare and advise regarding duty exemption applications.





What we're looking for

- A law degree and admission to legal practice in Australia

- At least 4 years post-admission experience in commercial and estate planning matters

- Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines effectively

- A skilled and ethical approach to legal practice

- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality legal advice

- The ability to manage competing priorities and work deadlines

- Confidence in dealing directly with clients
