You’ll play a key role in:

As Estimating Manager, you’ll lead the estimating and tender function for our Modular business in WA, building capability, driving commercial rigour and helping shape how this area of the business grows. Based in Perth, you’ll oversee pricing strategy, support early project planning and mentor estimating capability as we establish and strengthen our modular presence in the WA market.

- Lead the end-to-end estimating process for bids, budgets and tenders across the business
- Personally prepare key estimates and pricing submissions where required
- Provide commercial input on financial accuracy, pricing viability and risk exposure
- Mentor and supervise estimating capability, including development and performance support
- Govern the bid/no-bid process in line with business priorities and resource capacity
- Build and maintain strong subcontractor and supplier relationships to support competitive pricing
- Contribute to RFT responses, methodology, draft programs, pricing commentary and supporting documentation

- Solid experience in estimating or quantity surveying, ideally within fitout, refurbishment or related construction environments
- Strong capability in interpreting drawings and specifications for accuracy and buildability
- Excellent understanding of construction trades and services
- Ideally, a building-related degree, diploma or trade background
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, MS Project, Procore and standard methods of measurement
- A collaborative approach, with the ability to build trusted relationships internally and externally
