This dynamic role offers variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to work across diverse properties. From animal care and landscape maintenance to materials ordering, team coordination, and staff rostering, this position provides a broad and rewarding workload where no two days are the same.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Farm & Landscape Operations Supervisor to join our team, based primarily in Byford, with occasional travel across Perth and to the Pilbara.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone with horticultural capability and practical exposure to farm environments and who enjoys working on the tools.

The role involves overseeing landscape maintenance and property presentation, supporting the coordination of livestock care, managing contractors and resources, and ensuring day-to-day operations run efficiently across a diverse portfolio.

A proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to take initiative are essential for success in this role.

What You’ll Do

- Lead and support a small team and contractors on-site

- Care for and maintain gardens and landscapes

- Monitor and support day-to-day livestock care

- Troubleshoot and maintain irrigation systems

- Operate, service, and maintain plant and machinery

- Order materials and provide administrative support

About You

You are an experienced horticultural qualified with practical exposure to farm environments, comfortable leading a small team while remaining hands-on. You are organised, adaptable and able to remain calm under pressure.

You possess:

- Qualification in Horticulture or Landscaping (or significant experience)

- Comfortable working around livestock, with practical exposure to farm environments

- Current driver’s licence (manual) and HR licence (desirable)

- Previous experience in a supervisory role

- Are physically fit and able to complete hands-on tasks

- Possess strong communication skills

- Have a genuine interest in gardens and a willingness to continue learning

- Proficient with IT systems (Microsoft office applications, etc)
