About the Role:

As an Indigenous or Torres Strait Islander Trainee Plant Operator, you will:

- Safely and efficiently operate plant equipment, following AIG standards.

- Complete thorough pre-start and post-shift equipment checks.

- Report hazards and maintain a clean, safe workspace.

- Actively participate in toolbox and safety meetings.

- Assist with other tasks as your skills grow.

- Work a 2-in-1 roster with flexibility.

Who We’re Looking For:

Essential:

- Indigenous person (Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander)

- Relevant plant operating qualifications and tickets

- Construction Industry White Card

- Proof of working rights





- HR Driver's license

- 4WD Certificate

- Clean police record

- First Aid Certificate

- Roller Ticket

- Excavator Ticket

- Watercart Ticket
