About the Role: TMS Technician
As a TMS Technician, you’ll play a vital role in delivering TMS therapy under the guidance of our psychiatrists. You’ll work one-on-one with patients, helping them feel safe, supported, and understood throughout their treatment journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and explain TMS treatments to patients,
primarily those with chronic depression
- Conduct safety screenings and manage patient enquiries
- Maintain accurate clinical records and patient reports
- Complete risk assessments and administer psychometric tools
- Attend clinical meetings and engage in ongoing training
- Work closely with psychiatrists, GPs, and allied health professionals
- Who We’re Looking For:
- AHPRA-registered nurse or allied health professional (or eligible for registration)
- Mental health experience strongly preferred
- Psychology, nursing, or related tertiary qualification
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Professional, empathetic, and patient-focused
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident working independently and as part of a team
