We are currently seeking two experienced Counterbalance Forklift Operators to come on board for an immediate start, offering consistent hours, excellent pay rates, and the chance to work in a fast-paced and supportive environment.

About the Chance

In this role, you will be an integral part of the warehouse and production team, ensuring materials are moved safely and efficiently to keep operations running smoothly.

This is a hands-on position suited to individuals who enjoy working in a dynamic environment and are comfortable combining forklift operation with general warehouse duties.

What's on Offer

- Competitive hourly rates:

- Day Shift 10am to 6pm: $41.41 per hour
- Afternoon Shift 2:30pm to 10pm: $47.21 per hour

- Safe and efficient operation of a counterbalance forklift
- Loading and unloading trucks in a timely manner
- Transporting raw materials and finished goods across warehouse and production areas
- Assisting with manufacturing and production processes
- Carrying out basic forklift checks and reporting any issues
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work environment
- Completing general warehouse duties as required

About You

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:





- A current forklift licence with solid counterbalance experience
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
- A strong focus on workplace safety and procedures
- Good communication skills and a reliable work ethic
- Physical fitness, as manual handling and labour tasks are required
