Remuneration: ASO6 ($102,171 - $108,071) plus 12% superannuation

Our Redress Response Team is seeking a Senior Redress Liaison to help deliver the Department's responsibilities under the National Redress Scheme. Based in Keswick, you will play an important role in supporting survivors and coordinating key aspects of the redress process with empathy, professionalism and integrity.

Key responsibilities include:

- Preparing high-quality Requests for Information responses under the National Redress Scheme

- Supporting survivors through the Direct Personal Response process using a respectful, person-centred and trauma-informed approach

- Coordinating Direct Personal Response meetings, including logistics and stakeholder engagement

- Preparing transparent and accurate briefings, correspondence and other documentation to support the work of the Redress Response Team

- Maintaining accurate records and information systems in line with legislative and departmental requirements

- Managing competing priorities while exercising sound judgement in a complex, sensitive and high-volume environment.

You have demonstrated experience supporting people with complex needs and understand the importance of trauma-informed practice. You are able to interpret detailed information,



produce high-quality written work and manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

You are proactive, capable of working both independently and collaboratively, and committed to delivering positive outcomes for survivors through respectful and thoughtful engagement.
