- Design & deliver technology training programs for diverse audiences
Our client, a major Federal Government department responsible for climate change, energy, environmental protection, heritage and water management, are seeking the experience of multiple Training & Engagement Resources.
Duties of the Training and Engagement Resource
- Develop & deliver technology training sessions (in-person and virtual) tailored to diverse audiences;
- Create high-quality training materials, including user guides, presentations, & e-learning modules;
- Conduct training needs analysis & collaborate with stakeholders to identify training requirements;
- Provide hands-on support & troubleshoot technical issues during training sessions;
- Evaluate training effectiveness & implement improvements based on feedback & performance metrics;
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies & incorporate best practices in adult learning.
Skills and Experience Required
- Demonstrated experience in designing & delivering technology training programs for diverse audiences;
- Solid understanding of relevant software, systems, & digital tools, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly;
- Ability to develop engaging training materials, including presentations, guides, & e-learning content;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven ability to facilitate interactive sessions;
- Experience collaborating with business units to identify training needs & measure effectiveness;
- Capability to tailor training approaches to different learning styles & troubleshoot technical issues during sessions;
- Commitment to staying current with emerging technologies & best practices in adult learning.
