About the Role
- Full-time: 38 hours per week
- Focus: shop floor service – helping customers with their needs, providing trusted, evidence-based health advice, and creating a genuinely welcoming environment for our regulars and newcomers alike
- Merchandising and catalogue execution – maintaining well-presented, well-stocked shop floor displays and delivering catalogue promotions accurately and on time
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 6–12 months of pharmacy experience
- Current S2/S3 Certificate (Pharmacy Medicines & Pharmacist Only Medicines)
- A genuine passion for health and customer care – you enjoy helping people, not just serving them
- Reliable, flexible, and confident working across a full trading week
- A proactive team player who takes ownership and pitches in
- Strong attention to detail, particularly around stock, scripts and compliance
- A positive eye for presentation – comfortable maintaining shop floor standards and executing catalogue/promotional activity
Please Note
- This position is for Pharmacy Assistants only – not suitable for Intern Pharmacists
- Visa sponsorship is not available
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required
