About the role
As the Store Manager, you'll inspire and develop a team of 4-5 while driving success the brands flagship location in Harbour Town. You will be responsible for driving and motivating your team whilst ensuring customer styling is at the forefront of the experience. The ideal candidate will have a sales or management background and is passionate hitting and exceeding KPIs. Success in this role will come through your ability to inspire your team and always leading by example on the shop floor.

Skills and experience
- Minimum 1 year Store Management experience highly regarded
- Been successful in leading and motivating a highly performing sales team
- A strong passion for styling and supporting customers to feel their best




- A positive approach to work and a commitment to building a supportive team environment
- Motivated and driven to achieve sales targets
