We're Looking For: Essential Criteria Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with clients, staff, and community members. Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, using initiative and sound judgement.
Excellent organisational, time management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in a busy environment. Demonstrated experience providing administrative and clerical support, including accurate data entry and document processing. High-level computer proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office and administrative record-keeping systems, with knowledge of quality and compliance requirements.
Desired Criteria Experience in healthcare administration, particularly with medical records management in a health service environment. Knowledge of medical terminology, primary healthcare principles, and relevant government administrative procedures and legislation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, healthcare information systems (including Sunrise Production), and safe work practices.
