Our client, a Federal Government entity whose purpose is to support the wellbeing of those who serve or have served in the defence of Australia, and their families is looking for the services of multiple Intelligence officers.
About the role - Intelligence officers.
Utilising a recognised Intelligence qualification and/or relevant experience obtained in a government, law enforcement or military intelligence context, to support the planning and production of intelligence outputs and outcomes.
Duties - Intelligence officers.
- Contributing to the development, planning and production of intelligence products, outputs and outcomes;
- Conducting payment integrity and fraud assessments and producing intelligence reports for complex matters from the collection, evaluation and analysis of information;
- Leading tactical intelligence projects through the development of collection plans, assigning tasks, analysing financial and other information, and articulating findings.
Skills / Experience - Intelligence officers.
- Comply with all relevant legislation, policy and guidelines for the management of information and the use of ICT systems and tools;
- Contribute to the development of business rules,
refinements and suggested avenues of analysis and investigation;
- Produce intelligence products within set timeframes in compliance with the intelligence cycle, legislative, policy and information security frameworks;
- Ability to maintaining accurate files and records in relation to business decisions and intelligence activities and functions, contributing to reporting requirements;
- Provide ongoing intelligence support for matters referred for payment integrity review, and administrative or criminal investigation.
