About the role!

You’ll lead a dedicated family law team and manage a strong mix of parenting, property settlement, divorce and domestic violence matters. This role suits an experienced Associate or Senior Associate ready for more ownership, or an existing Partner seeking a fresh challenge.

- Take a senior role in the Family Law Division
- Manage complex and sensitive family law matters
- Mentor and support junior team members




- Drive client relationships and business development
- Contribute to strategic growth and team direction
- Deliver high-quality outcomes with empathy, judgement and confidence

What you'll bring!

- 5+ years PAE in Family Law (private practice experience is needed)
- Strong experience in property settlements, parenting disputes, divorce and DV matters
- Leadership experience and the ability to mentor junior staff
- Accreditation is highly desirable
- Confidence with business development and client relationship management
- A collaborative, driven and client-centred mindset
